What a free color test can tell you

A free preview is useful when you want to pause and think about how you usually approach decisions, communicate with other people, or respond when work gets tense. Our Energy Mix asks three practical questions and returns an indicative snapshot immediately. You can read the entire result without registering or sharing your email address. It is a small, accessible introduction, not a commitment to buying anything. If you recognize a tendency, use it to ask a better question about a real situation at work.

What the free preview cannot tell you

Three answers cannot describe your complete personality, establish an official color ranking, or replace a professional interpretation. Our preview does not produce an official Insights Discovery® profile, licensed evaluator result, or psychometric diagnosis. It should not be used to decide whether to hire someone, assess their ability, or predict how they will behave in every setting. Work, relationships, experience and circumstances can all influence what people do. A brief result cannot capture that whole picture.

Why the official evaluator involves a licensed practitioner

The official Insights Discovery® evaluator is supplied through the licensed practitioner network rather than as an unrestricted free questionnaire. A certified practitioner helps you understand what the preferences mean, where you recognize yourself, and where context makes a difference. That distinction matters: the process is designed for development, with interpretation and discussion, rather than simply giving you a color and leaving you to make sense of it alone. Buying an online profile still includes that human handover.

Your Personal Profile includes a short hand-over debrief call with a certified practitioner, during which your profile is handed over. You choose a suitable appointment slot. If you want more time to explore your results and turn them into a personal action plan, choose Profile + Debrief, which includes a full 30-minute coaching conversation. The short handover and the full coaching session are distinct services.

What the 20+ page official profile contains

The personal profile offers much more context than a free preview. It explores your personal style, strengths, possible blind spots, communication preferences and value to a team. It gives you material to consider when working with people who approach decisions, detail, relationships or change differently. Instead of treating one preference as better than another, the aim is to understand the range of approaches you can use and make deliberate choices when a familiar habit is not helping.

How much does Insights Discovery® cost?

At SeedingEnergy, Personal Profile starts at €149.00 before VAT. We apply 21% VAT, so the total is €180.29. This includes your official 20+ page profile and the short practitioner hand-over debrief. Profile + Debrief costs €259.00 before VAT, or €313.39 including VAT, and adds a full 30-minute coaching debrief plus a personal action plan. These are the standard EUR package prices; any applicable coupon is calculated separately during checkout.

Additional chapters are optional and charged separately. Current prices before VAT are Management €28.00, Interview €14.00, Effective Selling €66.00, Personal Achievement €68.00, and Transformational Leadership €149.00. VAT applies to these additions too. Your checkout summary shows the selected package, chapters and final total before payment. Visitors outside the euro area may see local-currency amounts. The EUR figures here provide a consistent reference, while checkout confirms the currency and amount you will actually pay.

What drives the price, and what should you choose?

The price reflects the official evaluator and personal report, practitioner involvement, and any extra interpretation or chapters you select. A team workshop is a different service from buying individual profiles: it adds facilitated time, preparation and a shared focus for the group. Team pricing therefore depends on the number of people, the session format and the scope of the work. Ask for a quote rather than multiplying an individual package price and assuming that covers the workshop.

How the process works, step by step

First, choose your package and any optional chapters, then complete the secure online purchase. You receive your personal reference code by email. Second, use the code to access the official evaluator and allow about 25 uninterrupted minutes for the questionnaire. Answer from your own experience in a quiet setting rather than trying to select what you think a manager would prefer. The profile is for one person; the reference code is not a shared team login.

Third, your profile is ready within 48 business hours after you finish the questionnaire, Monday through Friday. It is handed over in a short debrief call with a certified practitioner: book the slot that suits you. Ready within 48 business hours does not mean your chosen appointment must take place inside that window. A useful next step, not a label to live inside

Whether you start free or choose the official profile, connect the result to a concrete situation. Think of a meeting that became difficult, feedback you hesitated to give, or a decision that took longer than necessary. Ask what you usually do, what another person may need, and which small adjustment would help. Personality language is most useful when it increases choice and curiosity. It is less useful when it becomes an excuse such as ‘that is just my color.’
