Patricia Soler

With over 20 years of experience, Patricia helps professionals and teams navigate leadership, change management, communication, emotional intelligence, and career development. She is a sought-after keynote speaker at ESADE, EU Business School, and ICHEC, and a trusted consultant for IBEX 35 companies and European institutions including the European Commission, European Parliament, EU Courts of Justice, and NATO.
Patricia holds a degree in Biology and built her corporate career in Marketing and Sales at leading multinationals over more than 15 years before co-founding SeedingEnergy in 2009. She is also Chair of the Board of NPH in Spain.
She is a certified ICF coach, specialist in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), certified Insights Discovery® Practitioner, LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, and certified in Emotional Intelligence (Genos). She has trained over 15,000 professionals across 50+ companies on 4 continents.
She speaks English, Spanish, French, and Catalan, collaborating with HR teams in Brussels, London, Paris, Madrid, and beyond.
Patricia is also the author of a children's illustrated book, The Secret Hidden in Colors — a story for ages 5–12 about four friends with different personalities who discover that diversity is their greatest superpower. Based on the Insights Discovery methodology, it's perfect for families and classrooms alike.
She also hosts a podcast where she explores personal growth, leadership, and the power of self-awareness.
Christophe Martinot

After 20 years in multinational companies across FMCG, pharma, and medical devices, he made a decisive shift. He moved from leading within the system to transforming how systems work. His experience spans companies such as L'Oréal, Danone, Sanofi, Novo Nordisk, Abbott, and Omnicom.
Today, he works with organizations globally to move beyond rigid structures and create more adaptive, resilient, and customer-centric ways of working. His focus is simple. Help people work better together to create meaningful impact.
He is the creator of SPIRAL Up, a practical framework that supports individuals, teams, and organizations in strengthening their ability to adapt and grow through continuous learning, alignment, and action. Christophe is recognized by Thinkers360 as a Top 10 Thought Leader in Transformation, Top 25 in Agile, and Top 25 in Business Continuity.
Christophe combines business experience with agile, Lean Change Management, and systemic coaching approaches. He is certified in ORSC and works at the intersection of leadership, ways of working, and organizational design. He also teaches Agile ways of working and business agility at ESADE, IED Barcelona, and ESEI Business School.
